A classic 14-day PERMACULTURE DESIGN CERTIFICATE (PDC) with a 72 hours curriculum, full of practical knowledge, hands-on experiences and design excercises in a place of great natural beauty. The PDC programme integrates with opportunities for yoga, mindfulness, Deep Ecology and outdoor adventures.
16th to 22nd Feb, 2014: This content rich hands-on course provides a great introduction to permaculture and the components for creating regenerative systems. After completion of this course you will have the knowledge and confidence to start applying aspects of Permaculture and regenerative systems, allowing you to create a sustainable lifestyle for yourself and others.
Permaculture Design Certification Course, Mineral Springs, Darjeeling 3rd to 18th May, 2014 This workshop will culminate in real-life group design projects that will contribute to the enrichment of the workshop site, as well as the participants. With half international and half local students, we will become certified practitioners of Permaculture as we create a regenerative, sustainable world together.

7th to 21st November, Darjeeling, India This is the longest running permaculture course in India. This course is both for those who want a general but comprehensive introduction to sustainability and how to create it, as well as those wishing to get a complete and in depth introduction to permaculture, all its component elements, and the process and methodologies for creating a holistic permaculture design.

Using a variety of learning techniques and strategies this workshop will present Permaculture with various applications in mind. Class time will consist of traditional lectures, group discussions, game, exercises, photoshows and movies. Teaching focuses on land systems with hands on work in the gardens at Jiwa Damai. Furthermore, this course teaches how to integrate and use Permaculture in ‘Invisible structures’ those social, cultural, political and economic structures that shape much of our world today.
